After hurricane Ian destroyed my house I worked with Alex and his crew to get the mold remediation done. He made a hard situation bearable. They worked non-stop removing water damaged walls, ceilings, and packaging up what was salvageable from my home with care and attention. Their professionalism and amazing service earns them a 5 Star and I would highly recommend All Brothers Restoration to anyone.

Alex was so helpful in coming to my house ASAP to assess the damage caused by a leak in my roof. He was empathetic, kind, honest and professional. Would highly recommend.

My waste-water system had become blocked and was so backed up that when the plumber had to open the release, my basement flooded with sewage waste – quite a catastrophic (and smelly) experience. I was lucky enough in deciding to try All Brothers Restoration from my Google search. 1 – they answered the call immediately 2 – within minutes we scheduled an appt to assess damages & cost 3 – they were at my house in less than 2 hrs after plumbing repair was completed 4 – they were professional, did a great job of explaining their process, and when I approved they were ready to start the clean up 5 – the clean up was extremely thorough and included an anti-microbial treatment 6 – in addition, they provided a few tips to prevent this from happening again in the future I will absolutely not hesitate to recommend them, when given the opportunity. My husband and I were greeted with catastrophic water damage to our home due to burst pipes after a boiler failure. We had been away for several weeks and the damage was so great that floorboards were buckled up, walls were collapsing, and several kitchen cabinets had pulled away from the walls. Ceilings on two floors had fallen and the house was uninhabitable. My insurance agent ordered me to begin immediate mitigation measures and I didn’t know where to turn. Our house is in a small town and we are often absent. A quick Google search gave me a phone number to call of some very large nationally-recognized company; however, a taped recording instructed that I leave a callback number as no one was available and I had the sinking feeling that it might be days before I was contacted. I went back to my Google search and pulled up All Brothers Restoration. I called the number indicated and was called back almost immediately by Alex. He asked for a quick summary of the situation and arranged to meet me at the house within the hour. From the very first, Alex has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring! When something like this happens, a homeowner is in virtual shock and I felt helpless as to how to proceed. Alex and his crew began almost immediately to remove the water and begin the process of removing damaged materials. He and his crew followed all of my requests carefully and with diligence. I wanted as much of my fine china and other furnishings saved to the extent possible and they have gone above and beyond in their efforts to clean everything up while salvaging whatever they could. Alex has been very responsive whenever I have called and kept me informed every inch of the way. He has worked with and brought in other pros as necessary to cover areas such as plumbing and electrical work. It has been a multi-day process with a great deal of demolition work involved. I would give Alex and his crew ten stars if that were possible. They have turned what felt like a waking nightmare into something which I can now face with some optimism.
